What does this mean for you..

If at any stage you have an issue with your purchase you may contact one of our locations to assess your problem. In most cases our sales team will be able to help you resolve your issue over the phone or via email. Where your issue may require a repair we’ll fix any reasonable defect encountered during the normal commercial use of our products

What is a reasonable defect?

Desking

  Defects in the laminate including the peeling of edging

  Defective drawer sets

  Scratches, scuffs or the fading of laminate

  Defective joins due to dragging

Chairs

  Faulty castors or ergonomic mechanisms and loose arms or padding

  Fabric tears, fading or stains

  Broken bases, arms or ergonomic mechanisms’ due to exceeded load or improper use.

The Fine Print..

We will require proof of purchase before any repairs will be undertaken. Don’t worry, if you have lost your original invoice one of our staff can look up your purchase on our database.

We require any faulty item to be returned to one of our locations for inspection and repair. Where there are large quantities of defective items we may organize one of our support team to provide an onsite assessment. Note: The decision to make onsite support assessment is at the discretion of our staff.

Lifetime After Warranty Support is not transferable if the products are on sold.

Some items can dropped off to you flat pack so you can assemble and install it yourself.
